Road Accident Support with German Language

For our Client a well-known Company, from logistics and transport sector, with very stable position on the market, we are looking for Candidates for the position of:

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with road accident claims on a German market
• Contact with clients and insurance companies from all around the world (via phone and email)
• Complete, verify and archive documents to close claim request
• Participating in improvement processes

Requirements:

• Fluent German and very good knowledge of English
• Experience in customer service
• MS Office knowledge
• Very good communication skills
