Financial support of initiatives related to Property area.
Providing insightful and accurate financial numbers for the business area.
Ensuring all the business deadlines are met and processes are executed with excellence.
Being responsible for demand and work flow management driven by “business added value” and governance of
processes under the remit.
Helping business understand year-on-year movements/up-weights on key trading decisions.
Constructively challenging and recommending changes to the business underpinned by sound financial expertise.
Reviewing, adjusting and communicating strategic plans to property team.
Leading business/operational plan reviews to ensure plan reflect business reality.
Helping to create choices and providing decision support to close performance gaps.
Ensuring business understands and delivers against performance KPIs.
Identifying and pro-actively highlighting risks and working to mitigate issues.
Adhering to and operating within the internal control guidelines to safeguard companies interests.
Developing, managing and motivating junior financial analysts.
Developing, maintaining and augmenting analytical skills to support financial analysis requirements of the business
