Content Specialist

For our client - one of the world's largest and most impactful research publishers, we are looking for candidate for the position of Content Specialist.

Your responibilities:

• End-to-End Workflow Management: Efficiently guiding manuscripts through the peer review process via our online platform, ensuring seamless progression.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Actively collaborating with editors and reviewers to resolve bottlenecks and maintain momentum.
• Quality Assurance & Ethics: Upholding rigorous standards to ensure a fair, transparent, and high-quality review process.
• Process Optimization: Partnering with cross-functional teams to refine and scale editorial workflows.
• Performance Excellence: Consistently meeting individual and team KPIs while driving continuous improvement and operational growth.
