You will join a global Salesforce rollout program covering all regions worldwide. The initiative includes a full end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancements of existing functionalities, and localization to meet legal and regulatory requirements in different markets.
The project spans the entire delivery lifecycle --- from business analysis and solution design, through configuration support and UAT, to Hypercare and documentation. The environment is complex, fast-paced, and requires a senior Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills.

Project scope:
- Analyse and document global and local business processes across Sales, Marketing and Medical/Business operations
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process flows
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and technical teams to design feasible Salesforce solutions
- Define, document and validate end-to-end Salesforce processes
- Support localization and adaptation of Salesforce solutions to legal and regulatory constraints
- Plan, prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and test cases
- Support business users during Hypercare after go-live
- Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation in line with global standards
- Work daily with international stakeholders from client and delivery partner teams
Requirements:
- 4-6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Proven experience in large-scale, multinational Salesforce implementations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Solid background in requirements gathering, user story writing, and functional design
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience coordinating UAT and Hypercare activities
- Fluent English - daily collaboration with global teams
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
- Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe)
