Supplier Relations Specialist with German - hybrid mode in Łódź

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Your responsibilities:

• Reviewing and handling order confirmations

• Processing purchase orders using the Jaggaer system

• Tracking delivery progress and taking actions to expedite shipments

• Coordinating delivery schedules directly with suppliers

• Investigating and resolving blocked invoice issues

• Keeping supplier information up to date in internal systems

• Communicating daily with suppliers and the client

What we expect:

• Good command of German and English (min. B2/C1 level)

• 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, or Customer Service is nice to have

• Solid Excel skills

• Customer orientation and a proactive mindset

• Ability to handle multitasking and ad-hoc tasks

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Teamwork spirit

• SAP knowledge is a plus
