Procurement Support Agent| German & English - hybrid mode in Łódź

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Your responsibilities:

• Verifying and processing order confirmations

• Managing purchase orders in the Jaggaer system

• Monitoring delivery status and initiating expediting actions

• Coordinating and updating delivery dates in direct communication with suppliers

• Identifying and resolving blocked invoice issues

• Regularly updating supplier data in the system

• Maintaining daily communication with suppliers and clients

What we expect:

• Good command of German and English (min. B2/C1 level)

• 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, or Customer Service is nice to have

• Solid Excel skills

• Customer orientation and a proactive mindset

• Ability to handle multitasking and ad-hoc tasks

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Teamwork spirit

• SAP knowledge is a plus
