O2C Process Specialist – German Speaker (Hybrid in Łódź)

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Your main responsibilities:

• Posting incoming payments and reconciling account balances

• Managing deductions and credit positions

• Conducting collection activities related to receivables

• Releasing blocked orders in the system

• Preparing and posting manual payments

• Preparing internal and external reports

• Managing customer credit limits

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferred fields: accounting, finance; other fields are also welcome)

• Proficiency in English and German at least at a B2 level

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in OtC (Order to Cash)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Proficiency in SAP at a working level

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to anticipate client needs and actively solve problems

• Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and work according to deadlines
