O2C Process Specialist – German Speaker (Hybrid in Łódź)

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:
Your main responsibilities:

Posting incoming payments and reconciling account balances

Managing deductions and credit positions
-
Conducting collection activities related to receivables
-
Releasing blocked orders in the system
-
Preparing and posting manual payments
-
Preparing internal and external reports
-
Managing customer credit limits
Requirements:

Higher education (preferred fields: accounting, finance; other fields are also welcome)

Proficiency in English and German at least at a B2 level
-
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in OtC (Order to Cash)

Strong understanding of accounting principles
-
Proficiency in SAP at a working level

Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word

Strong communication and analytical skills
-
Ability to anticipate client needs and actively solve problems

Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and work according to deadlines
