AP Specialist with German and English (Hybrid Mode in Łódź)

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Your main responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices following internal procedures and guidelines

• Initiating vendor setup and maintaining vendor data in financial systems when needed

• Responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Preparing payment proposals and executing payments according to the established schedule

• Regular reconciliation of AP suspense accounts

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service and effective communication

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and German (minimum B2/C1 level)

• At least 6 months of experience in the Accounts Payable department

• High sense of responsibility and reliability in completing assigned tasks

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Good computer literacy and familiarity with finance and accounting tools

• Knowledge of MS Excel will be an asset
