Duties:
* Helping clients to solve their problems,
* Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues,
* Communicate clearly in writing to both technical and non-technical people,
* Identify patterns, recommend improvements, and filter out unimportant issues.

Requirements:
* Required languages fluency : German - written and spoken at least C1, English - min. B2
* Excellent communication skills;
* Customer focus and service oriented;
* Minimum Computer skills ( MS Office , Excel)
* Ability to handle multi-cultural Client.
