Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, solving problems of end users
- Troubleshooting over the phone, chat, email
- Cooperation with other teams
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch
- Willingness to develop
- Can - do attitude
- Ability to work with the team
