Currently, for our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.
Your responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Execution of sales plans
- Conducting outbound and inbound calls
- Actively searching for new customers
- Analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Ensuring that customer data in the system is accurate and up-to-date
- Reporting of sales results
Our requirements:
- Minimum one year sales experience - welcome in inside sales
- Knowledge of the Slovenian language at the C1 level
- Knowledge of English at the B2 level
- Ability to work under time pressure and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers
- Independence and responsibility for assigned duties
