Sales Support - Business Customer Service with Slovenian Language (Warsaw)

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities of the future employee:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Executing sales plans
• Conducting outbound and inbound calls
• Actively searching for new customers
• Analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
• Ensuring that customer data in the system is accurate and up-to-date
• Reporting sales results

Requirements for candidates:

• knowledge of foreign languages, min. B2 - the level of language must allow free communication
• English and Slovenian
• Availability to work full time on a monthly basis
• Ability to conduct conversations via email and telephone
• Ability to communicate freely (free conversation)
• ability to build and maintain positive relationships

• good organization of working time - important aspect of home office
