Currently, for our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Your responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining positive and professional relationships with the company's business customers
• Building a positive image of the company
• Execution of sales plans, designated for the position
• Researching customer needs and responding to their needs
• Conducting outbound and inbound calls and email contact with customers
• Actively updating the needs of the company's customers
• Proposing appropriate solutions, individually tailored to the customer
• Ensuring that customer data in the system is accurate and up-to-date
• Reporting sales results

Our requirements:

• Professional experience, related to customer service (customer services position)
• Knowledge of the German language at the C1 level
• Knowledge of English at B2 level
• Motivation to achieve sales targets set by the customer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and persuade customers
• Independence and responsibility for assigned duties
