Job specification:
- Source new business opportunities across allocated markets
- Analyze the market's potential, research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Research and prospect new business by phone, e-mail, and using other available tools
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Managers for further development and closure
- Report database and prospecting activities into the CRM system
- Cooperate closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Technical teams
Requirements:
- At least first experience in prospecting new clients on local or international market
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong communication skills and an open-minded attitude
- Ability to regularly meet set targets
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Confidence and determination in the goal realization
