Procurement Chain Coordination Specialist with French language - remote work

For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills who are ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing changes, price sheets and preparing quotes, etc.
  • Creating training programs and other documents
  • Creating work instructions
  • Supporting the team in other tasks
  • Handling instant messaging chat, phone, email, teams
  • Suggesting improvements
  • Cooperation with other people in the company/department

Requirements:

  • English language skills required
  • Knowledge of French required
  • level of both languages, minimum b2)
  • Availability to work full time (Monday through Friday)
  • At least one year of professional experience in customer service in terms of order processing
  • Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce will be an asset
  • Education in the field will be an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word programs
