Junior accounting and administrative specialist with German language skills

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of accounting processes (receivables),
  • Posting of adjustment notes,
  • Participation in migration of accounting processes and creation of new accounting team,
  • Generating payment reminders and sending them to customers,
  • Issuing invoices and adjustment documents,
  • Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
  • Preparation of analysis and reports,
  • Working in SAP and other specialized systems

Apply if:

  • You speak English and German at the level of min. B2
  • You have one year of professional experience in a similar position
  • You are educated in a field, preferably
  • You are distinguished by accuracy and perceptiveness
  • You want to learn how to use SAP system
  • You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details,
  • You are characterized by initiating new solutions and building positive relationships with customers.
