Business customer service, accounting and administrative department with German language skills - remote work

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Your responsibilities

  • learning and support of accounting and administrative processes
  • issuing and posting invoices in systems such as SAP/Salesforce
  • execution of current payments in the system
  • posting of offsets and payroll
  • reconciling settlements with contractors and their balances

Requirements

  • English and German language skills (minimum level: B2)
  • Required: ability to speak both foreign languages
  • experience in the accounting industry: not required, however, its possession, will be an additional asset, but is not a prerequisite
  • Availability to work full time

  • knowledge of SAP/Salesforce: not required
  • Accounting education, will be an added advantage
