Support of accounting and administrative processes (AR department) - working with German language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of accounting processes, specifically related to AR duties.
  • Posting of adjustment notes, invoices
  • Issuing other accounting documents
  • Correction of documents in case of errors
  • Participate in the migration of accounting processes and creation of a new accounting team,
  • Generating payment reminders and sending them to business clients
  • Daily work with German language (handling email, chat, phone)
  • Issuing invoices and correction documents in SAP system
  • Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
  • Preparation of analyses and reports, upon request and needs of the client

Apply if:

  • You speak English and German at min. B2 - higher level of languages, welcome
  • You have min. one year experience in a similar position (accounting AR department)
  • You are distinguished by your knowledge of issues related to the enforcement of payments from business customers
  • You want to grow in the accounting and administration industry
  • You are well versed in SAP and Excel or want to gain knowledge in these areas
  • You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details,
  • You are characterized by initiating new solutions and building positive customer relationships.
