Business client assistant, administrative and accounting department with German language skills
Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting OtC processes and other processes directly related to the position
- Building the accounting team
- Supporting the team in daily duties
- Generating payment reminders and contacting customers for payment (in German)
- Issuing invoices and making adjustments in SAP system
- Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
- Preparation of analysis and accounting reports for business clients
- Working in SAP and other specialized systems
Apply if:
- English: b2
- German language: b2/C1
- Important: knowledge of both languages required
- You have min. 1 year of professional experience, in a similar position
- You are interested in the area of receivables/accounting/finance
- You are familiar with accounting systems and the way of working in daily operations
- You are familiar with SAP or salesforce system
- You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details,
- You are looking for new solutions to improve recruitment processes
