Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Requirements:
- Email and telephone contact with customers
- Analysis of customer needs
- Receiving orders via email and telephone
- Entering orders into SAP/Salesforce system
- Processing and processing orders in the system
- Controlling the process related to orders
- Controlling the accuracy of data in the systems
- Contacting suppliers and controlling the entire order chain
- Charge receivables for completed orders
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2/C1)
- First experience in working with customers, order processing will be an added advantage, but is not required
- Ability to think analytically and learn quickly, and a desire to grow in the industry
- Problem-solving orientation
- Ability to talk to customers
- Motivation to work and willingness to grow
- Availability to work full time
