First line of technical support (IT department) - working with German language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Position tasks:

  • Receiving requests from a German-speaking customer
  • Operating the communicators used in the position
  • Answering inquiries from customers
  • Building and maintaining positive relations with the customer
  • Finding and proposing solutions related to the problem reported by the customer
  • Understanding the customer's problem
  • Proposing solutions adequate to the problem
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Freedom in communication
  • Referring problems to the second line of support when the situation cannot be resolved
  • Creating documentation
  • Reliable performance of assigned duties

Requirements for candidates:

  • communicative knowledge of German: b2/c1
  • communicative knowledge of English: b2/c1
  • minimum one year of professional experience in customer service
  • freedom to communicate in the above languages
  • ability to handle phone and email and chat on a daily basis
  • availability to work full time - 40 hours per week
  • independence in action, responsibility
  • openness to new professional challenges
