First line of technical support (IT department) - working with German language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Position tasks:
- Receiving requests from a German-speaking customer
- Operating the communicators used in the position
- Answering inquiries from customers
- Building and maintaining positive relations with the customer
- Finding and proposing solutions related to the problem reported by the customer
- Understanding the customer's problem
- Proposing solutions adequate to the problem
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Freedom in communication
- Referring problems to the second line of support when the situation cannot be resolved
- Creating documentation
- Reliable performance of assigned duties
Requirements for candidates:
- communicative knowledge of German: b2/c1
- communicative knowledge of English: b2/c1
- minimum one year of professional experience in customer service
- freedom to communicate in the above languages
- ability to handle phone and email and chat on a daily basis
- availability to work full time - 40 hours per week
- independence in action, responsibility
- openness to new professional challenges
