Accounting Specialist with Dutch language - remote job

Currently for our Client from the BPO/ SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Scope of activities:
 Raising, checking and sending out electronic invoices to European customers on a timely basis,
 Reconciling incoming transfers from bank accounts to the system,
 allocating payments to customer accounts,
 Dealing with queries from clients/customers,
 Resolving any outstanding queries and liaising with sales team to ensure queries are resolved,
 Actively chasing customers for outstanding payments via phone and/or letters,
 Assisting other departments where possible.

Requirements:
- Very good command of English & Dutch,
- Experience in Accounting area (Ap/AR/GL),
- MS Office and SAP knowledge,
- The effectiveness and consistency in action,
- Ability to build and to maintain good working relationships with clients and staff,
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
