Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional development experience
- Experience with a chatbot Watson Assistant platform
- Knowledge of Python (incl. packages and API creation), nice to have: hands-on experience in NodeJS
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) experience
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON
- Developing predictive or statistical models such as regressions, decision trees, neural networks, simulations, and/or optimizations
- Consulting and or client facing experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Chabot storyboards, user/process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop, Debug and Deploy conversational chatbot experiences using appropriate LivePerson platform and tools
- Keep yourself up to date with latest Chabot trends, techniques, and technologies
- Perform demonstrations for client stakeholders on project features and sub features, which utilizes Chabot solutions.
- Discuss development and key milestone deliverables with peers, executives and executive-level client stakeholders.
- Participate in creating guidelines, best practices and standards of Chabot-featured deliverables.
- You and your team will participate in project design and development stages from the concept to final hand-off to the customer.
