Currently for our client, who was founded to modernize HR tech and offers a mission critical, cloud-based human resources platform we are looking for a Backend Software Engineer.
Requirements:
- +4 years hands-on experience as a software engineer, with a strong emphasis on backend development.
- Excellent knowledge of software design and scalable architecture.
- Experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
- Extensive experience in Java/Kotlin/Scala.
- Having both backend and frontend development experience is a big plus.
- Experience with testing methodologies like unit-testing, TDD, mocking, etc.
- Experience in AWS, Azure or Google Clouds is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and work closely with the product and design team to understand better the end-user requirements.
- Responsible for owning the dev cycle from the technical design, through coding and testing, to deployment and monitoring.
- Maintain a stable server with zero downtime.
- Developing product and its unique features
- Conceptualize and implement solutions for data storage.
