IT Support Product Manager T&E

Currently for our client, a leading company from the IT industry that specializes in digital services and consulting, we are looking for employees for the positions of AIT Product Manager Product Manager in T&E.

What you will do:

  • Manage functional incidents and service requests through full lifecycle (through closure)
  • Provide technical incident, service request, and problem tickets management oversight and prioritization
  • Provide major incident oversight and communicates status to the business in a timely manner
  • Oversee SLA compliance for all workloads and re-prioritizes tickets if necessary

Experience in SAP BW, HR, Concur and/or GRC would be valued

Requirements:
* Knowledge of SAP functionality specifically in the area of travel management

  • 7+ years' experience in a large business system environment, performing business analysis, business development, and/or project management with a preferred focus on SAP Travel management and SAP Finance.
    * Functional and/or technical experience in supporting global systems (e.g. SAP) including knowledge of data
    flows, processes and best practices
    * Proven knowledge of software development lifecycle methods, processes, tools and best practices
    * Documentation, communication and presentation skills that support accurate and concise messaging
    * Excellent interpersonal, client service, communication, organizational, and project management skills
    * Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
    * Ability to react appropriately during crisis situations
