Currently, for our client, who is a multinational information technology company that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services we are looking for PBI Developer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintenance of the People Analytics Oracle SQL database to ensure accuracy of downstream analysis and dashboards
- Produce high-quality and customer friendly HR dashboards, reports and analysis
- Preparare, include building, design, generation and support HR dashboards and analysis using Excel, VBA if necessary, PowerBI or SQL
- Work with a variety of stakeholders to develop strategic requirements
- Responde customer queries in a timely manner and friendly fashion
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
Requairements:
- Experience of working with Workday reporting as an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Excel including VBA and experience in the use of SQL (Oracle SQL Developer)
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI (front-end and back-end experience, DAX programming)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis using PBI and SQL
- Working with large dataset experience
- Troubleshooting and strong analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Advanced English
