Junior technical consulting assistant with German language skills

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Job Description:

  • Operation of communicators, used in the company (e-mail, chat, telephone)
  • Answering questions directed by customers (by email and phone)
  • Assisting in the removal of technical problems arising at the customer)
  • Directing problems to the 2nd and 3rd lines of support (if you can't complete the order yourself)
  • Providing high quality service to the company's business customers
  • Contact in German and English (contact with business customers)
  • Analyzing and solving the most common queries using ready-made solutions,
  • Collaborating with the team of specialists and assisting in the execution of ongoing orders

Candidate Profile:

  • Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Availability to work full time
  • Experience in customer service - minimum 6 months
  • Education in the field - not required but will be an added advantage for the candidate
  • Ability to work with a team and make decisions
    Interest in the IT industry/modern technologies
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Focus on solving technological defects
