Junior Technical Support Consultant with German language (remote work)

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Tasks:

  • Troubleshooting problems related to modern technologies,
  • IT support (helpdesk, customer service).
  • Analyze problems reported by internal customers (email, chat, phone) - in foreign language,
  • Forwarding reported problems to second-line support staff,
  • Creating reports for the business customer
  • Contacting establishments from abroad (in German)
  • Minor translation and editing of texts for the needs of the department
  • Taking care of maintaining professional business relations with the company's clients
  • Building a positive image of the company

Candidate profile:

  • very good knowledge of German (min. B2/C1),
  • communicative knowledge of English (B2/C1),
  • Good organization of own working time (home office)
  • Ability to make decisions and set priorities
  • Interest in the IT industry/branch/modern technologies
    communicativeness, openness, accuracy
  • Availability to work full time
