Junior Technical Support Consultant with German language (remote work)

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Tasks:
- Troubleshooting problems related to modern technologies,
- IT support (helpdesk, customer service).
- Analyze problems reported by internal customers (email, chat, phone) - in foreign language,
- Forwarding reported problems to second-line support staff,
- Creating reports for the business customer
- Contacting establishments from abroad (in German)
- Minor translation and editing of texts for the needs of the department
- Taking care of maintaining professional business relations with the company's clients
- Building a positive image of the company
Candidate profile:
- very good knowledge of German (min. B2/C1),
- communicative knowledge of English (B2/C1),
- Good organization of own working time (home office)
- Ability to make decisions and set priorities
- Interest in the IT industry/branch/modern technologies
communicativeness, openness, accuracy - Availability to work full time
