REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good command of English and MS Excel
- Experience on similar position
- SAP GRC process knowledge
- IT service management concepts (ITIL) process knowledge
- ServiceNow experience
- SAP Authorization concepts in an Enterprise environment
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to build client relationship based on trust
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Highly developed analytical & time management skills
- Responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks
DUTIES:
- Users' accounts and roles management
- SOD conflicts analysis for users and roles (SAP)
- Modification and verification of users' access
- Assurance of quality control and improvements
- Interactions with users ensuring their satisfaction
- Adhering to Internal and external procedures
