Currently for our Client from the BPO/ SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.
Your tasks:
- Providing remote Service Desk Global Support to end-users
- Analyzing problems related to software and hardware, providing corrective resolutions
- Troubleshooting and relating resolution procedures to non-technical end-users
- Contacting the end-user via phone, e-mail & chat
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch (B2/C1) and communicative English (B1)
- Previous experience with 1st line remote support or in customer service area as an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients
