REMOTE WORK - Service Desk Specialist - Dutch

Currently for our Client from the BPO/ SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Your tasks:

  • Providing remote Service Desk Global Support to end-users
  • Analyzing problems related to software and hardware, providing corrective resolutions
  • Troubleshooting and relating resolution procedures to non-technical end-users
  • Contacting the end-user via phone, e-mail & chat

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch (B2/C1) and communicative English (B1)
  • Previous experience with 1st line remote support or in customer service area as an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients
