Business customer support with German language (accounting department), remote work

Currently, for our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Performing daily tasks related to payments, receivables and other accounting activities
  • Taking care to maintain procedures, established in the company
  • Checking and posting incoming invoices
  • Verifying sales documents for accuracy and correcting them
  • Entering data into the system on the basis of received documents
  • Updating data in the system
  • Contacting suppliers and business partners regarding daily AP operations
  • Negotiations (supporting the team in terms of AP)
  • Cooperation with the team in audit activities
  • Updating documents
  • Deputizing team members as necessary
  • Performing other duties within the scope of AP

Requirements for candidates:

  • Knowledge of English minimum B2
  • Knowledge of German B2/C1 level
  • Availability to work full time, 5 days a week - prerequisites
  • Ability to think analytically and interest in the accounting industry
  • Positive attitude to work
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Willingness to learn and openness to directional training
  • Openness to development and improvement of qualifications
  • First experience in economics or administration or a degree in the field will be an advantage!
