First line IT support - international customer service with French language skills

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Responsibilities of the future employee:
- Receiving customer requests in French
- Handling email, phone, chat and teams applications
- Providing technical assistance to customers
- Providing technical support (scope: basic IT issues)
- Building permanent and positive business relationships with the company's customers
- Building a positive image of the company in the market
- Finding and proposing individual solutions
- Creating documentation for customer needs
- Preparation of business memos
- Reliable performance of assigned duties
Requirements for candidates:
- English, expected level b2/c1
- French, expected level b2/c1
- Important: knowledge of both the above-mentioned foreign languages required
- a minimum of one year's experience related to help desk
- freedom to converse with clients (e-mail, telephone, chat)
e-mail and through Temas - availability to work full time
- ability to work shifts (1st, 2nd and night shifts)
- ability to manage their own time
- openness to new professional challenges and willingness to learn
