First line IT support - international customer service with French language skills

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the future employee:

  • Receiving customer requests in French
  • Handling email, phone, chat and teams applications
  • Providing technical assistance to customers
  • Providing technical support (scope: basic IT issues)
  • Building permanent and positive business relationships with the company's customers
  • Building a positive image of the company in the market
  • Finding and proposing individual solutions
  • Creating documentation for customer needs
  • Preparation of business memos
  • Reliable performance of assigned duties

Requirements for candidates:

  • English, expected level b2/c1
  • French, expected level b2/c1
  • Important: knowledge of both the above-mentioned foreign languages required
  • a minimum of one year's experience related to help desk
  • freedom to converse with clients (e-mail, telephone, chat)
    e-mail and through Temas
  • availability to work full time
  • ability to work shifts (1st, 2nd and night shifts)
  • ability to manage their own time
  • openness to new professional challenges and willingness to learn
