For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Responsibilities of the employee:
- Business customer service in terms of order processing
- Receiving orders via email, phone, chat
- Entering orders into SAP/Salesforce system
- Contact with suppliers
- Conducting price negotiations with the company's customers
- Preparing offers and quotations for the client
- Presenting offers and arranging details
- Determining the delivery date
- Coordinating when orders are received
- Data entry on customer accounts
The employer expects:
- English - b2 (minimum)
- French - b2/c1
- Note: knowledge of both foreign languages mentioned above required
- Professional experience related to order processing, customer service, accounting processes
- knowledge of SAP/Salesforce system
- Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
- decisiveness, responsibility and reliability
- directional education or courses/training, will be an additional advantage
