Procurement Chain Specialist - working with French language

For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the employee:

  • Business customer service in terms of order processing
  • Receiving orders via email, phone, chat
  • Entering orders into SAP/Salesforce system
  • Contact with suppliers
  • Conducting price negotiations with the company's customers
  • Preparing offers and quotations for the client
  • Presenting offers and arranging details
  • Determining the delivery date
  • Coordinating when orders are received
  • Data entry on customer accounts

The employer expects:

  • English - b2 (minimum)
  • French - b2/c1
  • Note: knowledge of both foreign languages mentioned above required
  • Professional experience related to order processing, customer service, accounting processes
  • knowledge of SAP/Salesforce system
  • Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
  • decisiveness, responsibility and reliability
  • directional education or courses/training, will be an additional advantage
