Technical support for an international client, - French language required

For our client from the BPO / SSC industry, we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities in the position:

  • Provision of services related to supporting business clients
  • The first line of technical support, help in the SAP system
  • receiving incidents and service requests from customers (e-mail, telephone, chat)
  • provision of technical assistance
  • creating official notes on the work performed
  • building a positive image of the company among customers
  • ensuring confidentiality and protection of personal data
