Order processing specialist, work with the Slovak language, remote work

Currently, for our client from the BPO / SSC industry, we are looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages ​​ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities in the position:

  • Entering orders into the system
  • Monitoring the correctness of the content contained in the systems
  • Constant contact with suppliers
  • Preparation of offers
  • Negotiating rates
  • Performing small translations for the client's needs
  • Monitoring the delivery dates
  • Preparation of sales documents
  • Constant contact with the company's business customers

Expectations for candidates:

  • professional experience (order handling, order processing, customer service) - minimum 6 months
  • knowledge of foreign languages: English and Slovak (b2 / c1
  • openness to work full-time
  • openness to making phone calls
  • knowledge of the SAP system
