Order processing specialist, work with the Slovak language, remote work

Currently, for our client from the BPO / SSC industry, we are looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.
Responsibilities in the position:
- Entering orders into the system
- Monitoring the correctness of the content contained in the systems
- Constant contact with suppliers
- Preparation of offers
- Negotiating rates
- Performing small translations for the client's needs
- Monitoring the delivery dates
- Preparation of sales documents
- Constant contact with the company's business customers
Expectations for candidates:
- professional experience (order handling, order processing, customer service) - minimum 6 months
- knowledge of foreign languages: English and Slovak (b2 / c1
- openness to work full-time
- openness to making phone calls
