Procurement chain coordination specialist, working with Portuguese language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • coordinating the entire order chain - from order entry to order fulfillment
  • contact with suppliers
  • preparing offers
  • participation in price negotiations
  • constant contact with business customers (e-mail, telephone, chat)
  • coordinating inventory levels
  • making changes to customer accounts
  • working in SAP

Requirements:

  • knowledge of English (b2) and Portuguese (b2/c1)
  • IMPORTANT - knowledge of both languages required
  • knowledge of SAP/sales force system - required
  • related work experience (customer service, spply chain, etc>) - minimum 6 months
  • telephone and e-mail communication skills
  • ability to build positive working relationships with
  • company customers
  • directional education, directional courses - will be an
  • additional advantage for the candidate
