Procurement chain coordination specialist, working with Portuguese language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Responsibilities of the position:
- coordinating the entire order chain - from order entry to order fulfillment
- contact with suppliers
- preparing offers
- participation in price negotiations
- constant contact with business customers (e-mail, telephone, chat)
- coordinating inventory levels
- making changes to customer accounts
- working in SAP
Requirements:
- knowledge of English (b2) and Portuguese (b2/c1)
- IMPORTANT - knowledge of both languages required
- knowledge of SAP/sales force system - required
- related work experience (customer service, spply chain, etc>) - minimum 6 months
- telephone and e-mail communication skills
- ability to build positive working relationships with
- company customers
- directional education, directional courses - will be an
- additional advantage for the candidate
