Order Management Specialist, working with French language

For our BPO/SSC Client we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their career in international structures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing of orders, obtained from the business customer
  • Creating training programs
  • Preparing minor translations
  • Supporting the team in other tasks
  • Supporting chat, phone, email, teams
  • Suggesting process improvements
  • Contacting vendors to discuss orders
  • Coordinating the order process from submission to fulfillment
  • Collaborating with other people in the team

Requirements:

  • English language skills required (b2)
  • French language required (c1)
  • NOTE: knowledge of both foreign languages required
  • Availability for work, full-time, from Monday to Friday
  • At least one year of professional experience related to customer service, order processing, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce software is a plus
  • Education in the field or courses in the field will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
