For our BPO/SSC Client we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their career in international structures.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing of orders, obtained from the business customer
- Creating training programs
- Preparing minor translations
- Supporting the team in other tasks
- Supporting chat, phone, email, teams
- Suggesting process improvements
- Contacting vendors to discuss orders
- Coordinating the order process from submission to fulfillment
- Collaborating with other people in the team
Requirements:
- English language skills required (b2)
- French language required (c1)
- NOTE: knowledge of both foreign languages required
- Availability for work, full-time, from Monday to Friday
- At least one year of professional experience related to customer service, order processing, etc.
- Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce software is a plus
- Education in the field or courses in the field will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
