Currently, for our Client from BPO/SSC industry we are looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their career in international structures.
Responsibilities on the position:
- taking orders, entering them into the system,
- coordinating the process of orders from the moment of its submission to its implementation
- informing business customers of any changes/delays
- constant contact with business customers (e-mail, phone, chat)
- coordinating inventory levels and their updates
- Making changes to customer accounts
- Working in SAP
- Contact with suppliers
- price negotiations
- participation in price negotiations
- preparing offers and quotations for the customer
Requirements:
- knowledge of English (b2)
- knowledge of Portuguese (b2/c1)
- IMPORTANT - knowledge of both languages required
- experience in working with SAP/sales force systems
- industry experience - minimum 6 months
communication skills - ability to build positive working relationships with the company's customers
- directional education, directional courses - will be an
- additional advantage for the candidate
