First line support employee (IT industry) - Slovenian language

For our Client from BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Candidate's responsibilities:

Providing professional service to the company's customers
Maintaining positive business relationships
Supporting the team
Proposing solutions tailored to individual customer needs
Transferring problems to second line support (if unable to resolve independently)
Building a positive image of the company in the service market
Drafting business memos for the client

Requirements:

free conversation in Slovenian and English
Language level: minimum b2
problem-solving attitude, analytical mind
availability to work full time (8 hours, 5 times a week)
interest in IT industry/technical issues
motivation to learn
willingness to gain professional experience
ability to manage own time
