Work in IT, help desk with Slovenian language - possibility of remote working

For our client from BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.
Tasks on the position:
- Ensuring high level of services provided to customers
- Maintaining positive relations with customers
- Operation of communicators
- Building and maintaining regular and professional contact with individual customers
- Providing day-to-day technical support related to IT customer service
- Handing over problems to 2nd and 2nd line support (when the problem is beyond the competence of the position)
- Maintaining positive customer-company relationships
Requirements for candidates:
- English language knowledge required
- Slovenian language skills required (b2/c1)
- Ability to hold conversations in both languages
availability to work full time - highly developed interpersonal skills
- high personal culture
