Work in IT, help desk with Slovenian language - possibility of remote working

For our client from BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Tasks on the position:

  • Ensuring high level of services provided to customers
  • Maintaining positive relations with customers
  • Operation of communicators
  • Building and maintaining regular and professional contact with individual customers
  • Providing day-to-day technical support related to IT customer service
  • Handing over problems to 2nd and 2nd line support (when the problem is beyond the competence of the position)
  • Maintaining positive customer-company relationships

Requirements for candidates:

  • English language knowledge required
  • Slovenian language skills required (b2/c1)
  • Ability to hold conversations in both languages
    availability to work full time
  • highly developed interpersonal skills
  • high personal culture
