Technical support for a client with Slovenian language - home office
For our BPO/SSC Client we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their career in international structures
Tasks on the position:
- Taking care of high level of services provided to customers
- Communication support (e-mail, chat, phone)
- Taking care of proper information flow in the company
- Responding to queries directed by individual customers
- Referring problems to 2nd and 2nd line support when it is not possible to solve the problem independently
- Ensuring positive customer-company relations
Requirements for candidates:
- knowledge of both foreign languages required:
English and Slovenian - minimum level b2 required - ability to converse freely
- Availability to work full time (5 times a week)
- highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- positive attitude to work
- willingness to develop and improve professional qualifications
