Technical support for a client with Slovenian language - home office

For our BPO/SSC Client we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their career in international structures

Tasks on the position:

  • Taking care of high level of services provided to customers
  • Communication support (e-mail, chat, phone)
  • Taking care of proper information flow in the company
  • Responding to queries directed by individual customers
  • Referring problems to 2nd and 2nd line support when it is not possible to solve the problem independently
  • Ensuring positive customer-company relations

Requirements for candidates:

  • knowledge of both foreign languages required:
    English and Slovenian - minimum level b2 required
  • ability to converse freely
  • Availability to work full time (5 times a week)
  • highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • positive attitude to work
  • willingness to develop and improve professional qualifications
