Customer Service, Administration and Accounting Department (AP/AR) with French

For our client in the BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Your duties:

• Preparation and analysis of documentation
• Verification of correctness of invoices and other documents
• Data correction in internal systems
• Data entry, based on documents in possession
• Taking care of the correct course of accounting processes related to the position
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Controlling receivables
• Ongoing cooperation with the debt collection department
• Supporting other team members
• Preparing reports on customer needs
• Creating and updating data and documents on request of the business client
• Cooperation with the team

The employer expects:

• knowledge of English and knowledge of French, minimum b2
• both languages must allow you to communicate freely by e-mail and on the phone
• the freedom to conduct telephone conversations/teams
• availability to work full-time
• a minimum of one year's professional experience in
• customer service (accounting experience, order processing, etc.)
• Education or courses - an advantage but not a prerequisite
