For our client in the BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Requirements:
- good knowledge of English
- good knowledge of French
- language level at least b2, must be able to communicate freely
- availability to work from Monday to Friday
- A degree in a relevant field will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in working with customers
- Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP specialist systems
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills
Key responsibilities:
- Processing of amendments, pricing sheets and preparation of quotes etc.
- Creation of training programmes and other documents
- Creating work instructions
- Supporting the team in other tasks
- Handling chat, telephone, email, teams
- Suggesting improvements
- Cooperation with other people in the company/department
