For our client from BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.
Tasks on the position:
- Providing professional customer service
- Communication support (e-mail, chat, phone)
- Taking care of appropriately high level of conversations with customers
- Proposing solutions to customer queries
- Transmission of problems to other support lines
- Ensuring positive customer-company relations
Requirements for candidates:
- knowledge of foreign languages, English and Slovenian - language skills required, at least B2
- ability to communicate freely in the above-mentioned languages
- availability to work full time (possibility to work in shifts)
- highly developed interpersonal skills
- free communication skills
