Helpdesk Specialist - ITALIAN (home office)

Currently for our Client from the BPO/ SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Your main duties:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting services for Italian-speaking clients
  • Learning the art of preparing equipment for employees according to guidelines
  • Technical end-user support
  • Granting access to accounts
  • Solving problems related to a certain product (i.e. laptop, printer, cellphone, etc.)
  • Cooperation with other support teams in other locations (also abroad)
  • Supporting Clients as regards the use of applications and their features
  • Implementation and optimization of IT procedures connected to workspace preparation, backup, etc.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian and English,
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Experience in the usage and configuration Window operating system
  • Team-player approach
  • Experience on similar position
