Currently for our Client from the BPO/ SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.
Your main duties:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting services for Italian-speaking clients
- Learning the art of preparing equipment for employees according to guidelines
- Technical end-user support
- Granting access to accounts
- Solving problems related to a certain product (i.e. laptop, printer, cellphone, etc.)
- Cooperation with other support teams in other locations (also abroad)
- Supporting Clients as regards the use of applications and their features
- Implementation and optimization of IT procedures connected to workspace preparation, backup, etc.
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian and English,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Experience in the usage and configuration Window operating system
- Team-player approach
- Experience on similar position
