Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in developing Android-based software,
- Knowledge of Android API, Kotlin, suitable project patterns and good practices,
- Excellent command of English,
- Creativity - we do not want you to do your job uncritically good ideas are always welcome!
- Good communication skills - we want you to interact with the people we work with, learn and share knowledge,
- Attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy - it's ok to make mistakes but make sure you learn from them.

Responsibilities:
- Taking technical responsibility for the process of creating great Android apps,
- Choosing the most suitable tools, and following good practices,
- Leading teams of developers dedicated to different projects,
- Creating user interfaces based on mock-ups prepared by UX/UI experts,
- Designing and implementing communication with server data sources,
- Testing the effects of both your and your team's work,
- Preparing project documentation,
- Sometimes it's also about developing, extending and optimizing existing apps,
