You will be responsible for:
- Solving customer issues related to HR processes via phone, email, web chat
- Providing guidance to Clients on HR system
- Supporting other team members
- Taking care of high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral skills one of languages: German or Dutch or French
- Very good command of English language
- Experience in customer care within international environment will be an advantage
- Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
- Interpersonal and team building skills
