Back Office Specialist with Czech/Slovak

For our Client international company which developing Service center in Krakow we are looking for a Back Office Specialist with Czech/ Slovak.

Responsibilities:

- Providing support and consultancy related to content on Client accounts
- Answering to the Clients, resolving problems
- Maintaining and developing of business relation with Business Partners
- Preparing internal reports for Clients
- Increasing of quality service (process improvement)

Requirements:
- Higher education degree
- Fluent Czech/ Slovak and good English skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems(Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good adaptability and flexibility skills
- Experience in Customer Service will be an asset
