- The Travel Channels division is going through a significant transformation which impacts the people, the culture, the processes, the ways of working. The Delivery Services organization is part of Travel Channels. It has approximately 1,000 people spread across more than 70 locations. The Delivery Services Evolution & Efficiency office is responsible for accompanying the transition of the division from the former model to the new model. Therefore, the evolution & efficiency office is responsible for the change management within the global organization. Support the Evolution & Efficiency office in all communication activities
- During the transition period, we need to put a lot of efforts on the communication, as we need to embark all the people of the organization in the change and on the new model. Therefore we need to ensure they are informed and trained on new products / services / processes / ways of working…
- Main tasks:
- Prepare written communication from top management, presentations, speeches, articles, surveys; coordinate and review with Travel Channels Communications Team, as well as other departments in the company when needed
- Support TDS management for the creation of awareness or training sessions on different formats: webinars, e- learning modules, training sessions
- Maintain sharepoint / internal platforms with up to date documentation
- Delivery of communication materials (ppt documents, written communication, articles, banners), videos, surveys, animation of communities
- Experience in a similar position in a global, distributed environment
- Experience in design, video and change management
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
