For our client, a company with over 10 years of experience, the history of which began in San Francisco, currently also present in Poland and London, which is a softwarehouse producing dedicated software for international clients, we are currently looking for a person for the position: Mid Java Developer
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience with Java
- Experience working with files in a UI. Searching using multi-threads and rendering graphics or pdfs
- Experience integrating with external authentication sources, such as Azure AD, AWS, SSO integrations, Auth0
- English at the communicative level
Additional advantages:
- Java desktop development experience, e.g. JavaFX / Swing / SWT
- Experience with Infrastructure/Deployment/Devops including AWS, e.g. EC2, Workspaces, Microsoft AD, IAM, GPOs, Terraform/ARM/Cloudformation, etc.
- Experience with machine learning to improve entity recognition

Responsibilities:
- Adding new features including both UI and backend
- Understanding UI frame rates, and optimizing image rendering, understanding image aspect ratio and scaling, speeding up search and performance, evaluating search quality
- Learning about data anonymization, developing and optimizing state-of-the-art data anonymization algorithms
